My simple yet polite reply was;

1) Having studied Modern German History at University I am fully aware that Einstein was born in Germany. I have no idea why you even brought this up.
2) I was not here to argue where the greatest genius of all time came from. I was laughing at your ignorant claim that America has the largest percentage of ‘dumb people’ in the world.
3) Are you claiming America didn’t exist before Europeans discovered it? Did it not exist before then?
